Judgment
This order will deal with O.A. Nos. 761, 762 and 763/2022, Gurinder Singh v. UOI & Ors. as all the three applications raise common issue against the connected projects. The three private parties in the said OAs respectively are as follows:-

c. Respondent No. 10 - Lalit Goyal, VC&CMD of Ireo Group, DLF Golf Course Road, Gurugram – 122009.
All the projects are said to have been completed more than five years prior to filing of the present applications. Thus, the applications are beyond limitation prescribed for entertaining such applications by the Tribunal. To claim limitation, the Applicant has stated that he has learnt only recently which cannot be ground for entertaining the applications as information is admittedly in public domain and no individual is required to be separately informed.
The applications are accordingly dismissed as barred by limitation.
