O R D E R
Shri Shashank Upadhyaya, counsel for the applicant is present. Shri Sayed Nadim, counsel for the respondents is present.
Counsel for the applicant submitted that a representation was submitted by the applicant on 07.03.2022, but the aforesaid representation has not been decided by the respondents.
Upon query, the counsel for the applicant submitted that the representation was sent through registered post, but the receipt of registry has been misplaced. He agreed to submit another copy of representation to the department and seeks only direction to decide the aforesaid representation as per rules. The prayer is bona fide, therefore, same is allowed.
The respondents are directed to decide the aforesaid representation dated 07.03.2022 within four months from the date of receiving copy of this order along with copy of the representation which will be submitted by the applicant herself. The department will pass the speaking order in the light of department rules, law etc.
With the aforesaid direction, the Original Application is disposed of.
