Mr. Justice L. Narasimha Reddy:

The applicant filed OA No. 1165/2025, challenging the order of punishment dated 25.06.2013. It was mainly on the ground that the disagreement note was issued contrary to the rules and punishment has also been imposed. The said OA was allowed through order dated 12.02.2020 and the order of punishment, the disagreement note and the order of the Appellate Authority were set aside. However, it was left open to the disciplinary authority to issue a fresh disagreement note and to take further steps in accordance with law. This CP is filed alleging that the respondents did not implement the order dated 12.02.2020 passed by this Tribunal in OA No. 1165/2020.

2.

We heard Mr. Surinder Kumar Bhasin, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. Sriparna Chatterjee, learned counsel for the respondents.

3.

The OA was allowed and the order of punishment, the disagreement note and the order of appellate authority were set aside. It was left open to the disciplinary authority to issue fresh disagreement note and to take further steps in accordance with law. Even according to the learned counsel for the applicant, a fresh disagreement note was issued on 03.02.2021 and that the applicant has also filed an explanation to that. In that view of the matter, it cannot be said that there was any non-compliance of the order dated 12.02.2020 passed by the Tribunal.

4.

We, therefore, close the Contempt Petition.
