Dhirubhai Naranbhai Patel, J.—1. This application has been preferred under sub-section (6) of Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Counsels for both sides jointly submitted that disputes have arisen between the parties to this Arbitration Application and looking to the arbitration clause in the agreement between the parties, they are agreed to appoint Hon''ble Mrs. Justice Jaya Roy, a retired Judge of this Court, as an Arbitrator.

I, therefore, appoint Hon''ble Mrs. Justice Jaya Roy, a retired Judge of this Court, as an Arbitrator.

Registrar General of this Court to send a copy of Arbitration Application No. 22 of 2014 and other affidavits filed in this Arbitration Application along with a copy of this order.

It is expected from the learned Arbitrator that the arbitration will be completed as early as possible and practicable within a period of six months from the date of commencement of the arbitration proceedings.

Both the parties have agreed that they shall co-operate in the hearing before the learned Arbitrator and they shall not ask for any unnecessary adjournments. This Arbitration Application is allowed and disposed of.
