It appears from the report with regard to the stage of trial that the charge was framed on 18.7.2022 and out of 10 prosecution witnesses, none of them has been examined as yet.
Let Director General of Police, Jharkhand, Ranchi and the Superintendent of Police, Bokaro appear in person before the Court on the next date fixed along with the records and explanation as to why the prosecution witnesses have not been produced before the concerned court as also the reasons for non-examination of a single witness in this case as yet where as per the allegation, three police personnel have been killed.
In the meanwhile, a report be also called for from the court of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Bermo at Tenughat as to why the witnesses have not yet been examined.
Let this order be communicated forthwith in course of the day to the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Bermo at Tenughat through the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Bokaro.
