Heard learned counsel representing the petitioners and learned counsel representing the respondents.

Though this case was heard on 25.08.2026 and the final order was passed on the issue raised, this case was fixed for today, only to know that by what time the “Employees’ Grievance Tribunal” can be constituted.

Learned Advocate General is present in this Court. He submits that they are trying their best to establish the "Employees' Grievance Redressal Tribunal", in terms of the “Jharkhand State Universities Act”, within four months.

It is expected that the State will take positive approach to establish the Tribunal, so that the alternative efficacious remedy, as envisaged under the Act, can be invoked and its purpose can be served.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
