Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P as well as learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 Under order dated 14.02.2017, the petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail till 19.06.2017 with a direction to petitioner pay Rs. 8,000/- per month from July, 2016 to O.P. No.2.

Today, when the case is called out learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the receipt showing that petitioner has paid the entire amount i.e. Rs. 72,000/- in two installment up to May, 2017.

Learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 has appeared and submitted that he has received the aforesaid amount.

Be that as it may, provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 14.02.2017 in connection with Complaint Case No. 708 of 2015 is hereby confirmed on the following terms.

Petitioner is directed to pay the current ad-interim maintenance @ RS. 8,000/- per month from the month June and July, 2017 total Rs. 16,000/- latest to be deposited on or before 17.07.2017 in the trial Court.

Further, after deposition of the amount, the trial Court shall issue notice to the O.P. No.2- Khushbu Sonkar @ Khushbu Choudhary and after verification, the trial Court shall release the aforesaid amount to the O.P. No.2 and to furnish her bank account number to the trial Court and the trial Court will ensure the bank account number to the petitioner.

Further, the petitioner is directed to pay the current ad-interim maintenance @ RS. 8,000/- per month from the month of August, 2017 latest to be deposited by 20th day of the English calender in the bank account of the O.P. No.2.

Further, if the petitioner defaults in making payment for two successive months, it shall be open to the informant to file an application for cancellation of bail of the petitioner.

The aforesaid ad-interim maintenance will be paid till disposal of the case. This order of ad-interim maintenance granted to the O.P. No.2 is subject to the result of the order passed by competent jurisdiction.
