1.

Heard Shri B.G. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the petitioner. Ms N. P. Mehta, learned AGP seeks further time for taking instructions from respondent Nos.2 and 3. We do not think that any more time can be granted to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to give instructions to learned AGP, as sufficient time for that purpose was already granted to them. But they did not avail of the same. Even otherwise, the Government Resolution dated 12.11.2021 is very clear and therefore, we are of the view that this petition can be finally heard and decided accordingly. Thus, the request for grant of further time is rejected.

2.

Heard. Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent.

3.

Considering the fact that the 68 posts of Assistant Professor and 2 posts of Principal, sought to be filled up by the petitioner-Society, are those posts which are from 2088 sanctioned posts, we finds that the sanction granted by the State Government vide Government Resolution Dated 12.11.2021 is applicable to the said posts sought to be filled up by the petitioner-society. We, therefore, direct respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to grant permission to the petitioner to fill up 68 posts of Assistant Professor and 2 posts of Principal in accordance with Rules and subject to the conditions mentioned in Government Resolution dated 12.11.2021, within a period of two weeks from the date of the order. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.

4.

Rule is made absolute in the above terms. No costs.
