ORDER
I.A. 2785/2022- The present application is filed by the operational creditor. Counsel for the Operational Creditor submits that the disputes involved in this matter has been settled amicably between the parties outside the court, therefore he has instruction to withdraw the main company petition i.e. C.P.(IB)269/(MB)2020. It is observed by the Bench that the amount claimed by the Operational Creditor in the main Company Petition was Rs.21,99,739/- but the amount settled amicably between the parties is Rs.9,00,000/- (as full and Final). At this juncture, the prayer for withdrawal made in the application i.e. I.A. 2785/2022 is allowed and disposed of and C.P.(IB)269/(MB)2020 stands closed. File be consigned to record.
