Judgment
The matter proceeds ex-parte against Respondent No.1. Draft Issues have been filed on behalf of the Petitioner as well as Respondent No.2 which are available on record of the case. Heard the parties and perused the record of the case and the following Issues are settled:

Is the instant application maintainable in its present form ?
Whether the Respondents are jointly and severely liable to pay an amount of Rs.30,67,898.20 only to the Petitioner along with interest @ 18% from the date the amount became due till its actual realization ?
Whether the Petitioner is entitled to receive SMS Report for the period July, 2018 to June, 2019 and further to recover subscription dues for the said period based on such report ?
To what other relief / reliefs the Petitioner is entitled for ?
It was prayed on behalf of the Petitioner that four weeks time be granted for filing the Evidence Affidavit. The time as prayed for is allowed. The Respondents may file their Evidence Affidavits within four weeks after receipt of the Evidence Affidavit filed by the Petitioner. List the matter on 24th November, 2021 for directions.
