The petitioners in this writ petition are strangers to OA 1032/2021 and OA 1878/2026, pending before the Central Administrative Tribunal1, in which the Tribunal has, by order dated 30 June 2026, passed an ad interim order restraining holding of a DPC till 29 July 2026, which is two days from today. The Tribunal has retained the matter as part heard for the said date.
After arguing for some time, learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition as he submits that he will move an appropriate impleadment application before the Tribunal and seek appropriate relief as advised.
Granting leave and liberty as sought, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
