M. Jaichandren, J.—Heard Mr. M. Kannathasan, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, as well as Mr. S.C. Herold Singh, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondents.

This petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to punish the Respondents for willful disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 22.04.2010, made in W.P.(MD) No. 4740 of 2010.

At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner had submitted that the Respondents had paid Rs. 20,000/-, on 04.10.2010, as the first installment and it had also been agreed that the remaining amount of Rs. 12,200/- due to the Petitioner, as salary, would be paid before the end of November, 2010.

In view of the said submissions made by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, since, no further orders are necessary in the present contempt petition, this contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
