Keeping in view the statement made by him and facts and circumstances mentioned in the application, CA No. 99/2022 is allowed and authorized representative of the petitioner company is allowed to withdraw the first motion petition bearing CA (CAA) No. 46/Chd/Hry/2020. Thus, CA No. 99/2022 is disposed of accordingly.
