ORDER

Learned counsel for the applicant states that applicant has been working as SPO and was regularized as Constable vide order No. 4454 of 2019 dated 25.11.2019. Thereafer, he was subjected to medical examination and as per medical report of Medical Superintendent, Police Hospital, Sringar dated 6.11.2021, the doctor has stated that the candidate is clinically fit at present. However he has also observed that “Albeit vision of the eye is F/C, finger counting low.” Thereafter, the respondent has neither allowed him to join nor issued any rejection order of his appointment as Constable.

He further pleads that he would be satisfied, if a direction may be given to the respondents to consider his case along with contents of this O.A., within a within a time frame.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that a direction may be issued by this Tribunal to decide the case of the applicant as per rules.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant, O.A. is disposed off at the admission stage with direction to the respondents/ competent authority to consider the case of applicant treating contents of this O.A. as representation of the applicant and dispose off the same, by passing a Reasoned and Speaking order, within a span of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order and decision so taken shall be communicated to the applicant forthwith.

We have not entered into the merit of the case.

No order as to costs.
