ORDER
The Corporate Debtor counsel is present stating that this Operational Creditor has not been appearing before this Bench for the last two hearings i.e. on 21.08.2019 and 30.08.2019 and in the order of 30.08.2019 itself it has been mentioned that in the event the Operational Creditor side is not appearing for today's hearing, the application will be dismissed for default. Today also, none present on behalf of the Operational Creditor side.
In view of the same, this IBA/556/2019 is hereby dismissed for default.
