Judgment
There is nothing in his application for revision. On the date fixed for hearing defendant Fattu, applicant's witnesses were not present. He expressed
no desire to have the witnesses summoned. Two witnesses were summoned but their summons were not served and they did not appear. The
other witnesses whom Fattu promised to bring along with him were not brought. It is the business of the party to see that summons are properly
served on his witnesses. It is not enough for him to pay the produces fee and then take it easy at his home. I see no reason to give Fattu another
opportunity of producing witnesses. Most likely having had time he will produce false witnesses.
This application is dismissed without any order as to costs.
