Judgment
When the matter is taken up, Sri Malipeddi Srinivas Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Osmania University, appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 5, submits that, this Court, vide interim order dated 16.07.2026 passed in I.A. No.1 of 2026 in W.P.No.22812 of 2026, directed respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.07.2026 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. He submits that in compliance with the said order, respondent No.4 passed a speaking order dated 15.09.2026, rejecting the representation of the petitioner dated 13.07.2026. Aggrieved by the said impugned order, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.
Learned Standing Counsel further submits that the speaking order dated 15.09.2026 was withdrawn vide order dated 12.10.2026 and that respondent No.2 has passed a fresh speaking order dated 15.10.2026, rejecting the representation of the petitioner dated 13.07.2026 and places both orders on record.
At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition, with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition challenging the speaking order dated 15.10.2026. He also made an endorsement on the bundle to the said effect.
Permission is accorded.
Granting liberty as sought, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
