Mr. Harsh Garg has been appointed as Interim Resolution Professional [Reg.No.IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00243/2017-2018/10472].
In view of the same, the Petitioner herein is permitted to file claim application before the IRP/RP within two weeks from today.
Accordingly, this CP(IB)/88(CHE)/2021 stands closed with the above directions.
