Judgment
The Appellant has preferred this Appeal being aggrieved and dissatisfied by the Impugned Order dated 02.02.2022 passed by the Learned Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Division Bench, Court-1) in CP 38 of 2019, whereby, the Order which was passed by the Learned Adjudicating Authority is as hereunder:-
“The application is filed under Rule 11 and 81 of the NCLT Rules, 2016.
We direct the Respondents to file the Reply within seven days by giving the copy to the other side.
The matter to appear for hearing on 16.02.2022.”
Today, the Learned Counsel for Appellant submits that the matter is directed to be listed before the National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Division Bench, Court-1 on 22nd February, 2022.
The Instant Appeal is filed against the Interlocutory Application Order passed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Division Bench, Court-1. So, we dispose off this Appeal with this direction to NCLT, Ahmedabad, to consider all points which are raised by the Learned Counsel for the Appellant in their Reply and after hearing the parties within a reasonable period of time.
With the aforesaid directions, the Appeal is hereby dispose off.
