Judgment
AMAN CHAUDHARY, J. (ORAL)
Learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the instant petitions qua petitioner No.1 in CWP-19484-2026; petitioner No.7 in CWP-19286-2026 and petitioner No.2 in CWP-20083-2026 to file afresh with better particulars.
Ordered accordingly.
Learned State Counsel has produced a copy of instructions dated 12.08.2026 issued by the Director General of Police, Haryana, wherein it has been mentioned that an undertaking has to be given by the employees who do not wish to undergo Lower School Course to be conducted for the years 2025 and 2026 to the effect that they will not claim ACP benefits as well as seniority/ promotion at a later stage, to the District/Unit for examination, which they would forward to the police headquarters through proper channel, in view of which, learned counsel for the petitioners withdraw the petitions to approach the Authorities concerned in light thereof.
Learned State counsel on instructions states that in case, the undertaking/s is/are given today itself, the same shall be processed as per the instructions.
Disposed of accordingly.
A photocopy of this order be placed on the files of connected cases.
