Judgment

When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in similar circumstances, this Court allowed Writ Petition No.22543 of 2021 by way of an order dated 06.10.2021. A copy of the said order is filed along with the writ petition as a material paper.
Following the said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is allowed in terms thereof, with a direction to the 3rd respondent to pass orders in terms of Clause (iii) Sub-Rule (3) of Rule 26 of the Andhra Pradesh Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1966 and collect due seigniorage fee and penalty as per law and release the granite slabs and the seized lorries, bearing Nos.TN-05-AS-3523; TN-20-BM-3765; TN-04-AU-2961; and TN-47-S-3990, seized by the respondent officials to the petitioners within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to production of proof of ownership. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
