Judgment

Heard Mr. Somik Deb, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. Abir Baran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
Issue notice calling upon the respondents to show cause as to why rule should not be issued, as prayed for; and/or why such further and other order(s) should not be passed as to this Court may deem fit and proper.
Notice is made returnable on 21.03.2022.
Since Mr. P Saha, learned counsel appears and waives notice for the respondents No.1-4, no formal notice is called for, in respect of those respondents.
The respondents are directed to file their reply by the returnable date considering the urgency attached to the matter.
It is ordered that the selection and the appointment by the process as initiated by the advertisement No.F.13(6)-DME Absorption of Basic Teacher/2022/870 dated 11.02.2022 (Annexure-24 of the writ petition) shall remain subject to outcome of the writ petition.
There shall be an endeavour to hear the matter finally on returnable date.
A copy of the order be served to Mr. P Saha, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
