This contempt case is filed alleging that the respondents did not implement the judgment in the OA No.977/2018.

Today, it is represented that the respondents have opened the sealed cover maintained in respect of the applicant and have also promoted him to the next higher post of Principal Scientist. Though it is represented that the applicant is entitled for another promotion, that needs to be dealt with separately in accordance with the prescribed procedure.

The Contempt Petition is accordingly closed.
