Judgment
Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.
Smt O.M. Shalina, SCGSC takes notice for the respondents.
Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant would be satisfied, if a direction is given to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Annexure A-1 representation, within a reasonable time.
Applicant is a Divisional Medical Officer in Railway Health Unit, Ernakulam. She seeks transfer to Thiruvananthapuram on the ground that her 23 months' old child who is suffering from speech problems and also having signs of Attention Deficit Hyper Activity Disorder (ADHD), currently undergoing treatment in the Child Development Centre attached to Medical College campus, Thiruvananthapuram. Her husband is a Senior Divisional Medical Officer in the Railway Hospital, Pettah, Thiruvananthapuram. She seeks transfer on spouse ground as well. She submitted Annexure A-1 representation before the 2nd respondent seeking transfer to Thiruvananthapuram, which is sought to be disposed of at the earliest.
Having heard the learned Counsel on both sides, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of Annexure A-1 representation within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The O.A is disposed of as above. No costs.
