In all these cases, the complaint is as to non-compliance of the orders of the learned Single Judge made in W.P.No.11069/2022, W.P.No.10672/2022 & W.P.No.10997/2022, all disposed off by separate orders evenly dated 13.9.2022. The direction was to relieve the complainants from the duties and thereby, enable them to prosecute their P.G. course in the respective branches of Medicine, as in-service candidates.

After service of notice, the accused having entered appearance through the learned Additional Government Advocate submit that the direction of the learned Single Judge have been complied with and that all the complainants have been relieved from the duties so that they can join the higher course. The compliance affidavits having been sworn to by the concerned officer, have been filed. The assertion in the affidavits is not disputed.

In the above circumstances, there being due compliance of the orders passed in the subject Writ Petitions, nothing more survives for consideration in these complaints of contempt and accordingly, the same are disposed off.
