Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the directions of this Tribunal in the aforesaid OA, the respondents have passed the appellate order. He submits that the present CP may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the appellate order in accordance with law, if so advised.

In view of the aforesaid, the CP is closed. Notice is discharged. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty in accordance with law.
