Heard Shri Manoj Garg, learned counsel for the applicant.

The present Application under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 has been filed by the applicant seeking the following reliefs:-

"In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case this Hon'ble Tribunal may be graciously pleaded to grant all past service benefits to the applicant in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was appointed to the post of Veterinary Officer in the Animal Husbandry Department in the Govt. of India on 11.10.2017. Prior to that, the applicant had been working as Veterinary Officer in the Department of Animal Husbandry, Uttrakhand w.e.f. 3.3.2009 and thereafter on 23.12.2011, the applicant was appointed to the post of Assistant Director in CSN National Institute of Animal Health, CCS NIAH), Baghpat, U.P., Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Krishi Bhawan, New Delhi.

Learned counsel for the applicant urges that the applicant is entitled for the benefits of services rendered by him prior to 11.10.2017. However, the respondents have ignored and neglected the same. The applicant is stated to have made proper representation on 24.11.2019 (Annexure A-1). However, the same is still pending consideration of the respondents and no action is stated to have been taken by the respondents thereon.

Issue notice.

Shri G.S. Virk, learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2, who appears on advance service, accepts notice.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant shall be satisfied if the present OA is disposed of at this very stage with direction to the respondents to consider the applicant's representation dated 24.11.2019 and to dispose of the same by passing the reasoned and speaking order in a time bound manner.

To such request of learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the respondents has no objection.

In view of the aforesaid, without going into the merit of the claim of the applicant, we dispose of this OA with direction to the respondents to consider the applicant's aforesaid representation dated 24.11.2019 and to dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible and in any case within 12 weeks from the receipt of a copy of this Order.

The OA is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
