Judgment
R.R. Prasad, J.—Heard learned Counsel for the Appellant and learned Counsel appearing for the C.B.I. on the matter of bail.
Learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant submits that earlier the Appellant had been admitted to provisional bail as he was suffering from some king of heart disease and after being released, the Appellant underwent for coronary Angioplasty. After undergoing Angioplasty, the Appellant did surrender but now again he has developed chest pain and at the same time, he is having breathlessness frequently which would be evident from the report called for by this Court and therefore, the Appellant be admitted to provisional bail so that he may get himself treated at AIIMS, New Delhi.
In view of the submission, let the Appellant, above named, be enlarged on bail provisionally till 6th April, 2011, during the pendency of the appeal, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-(twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge V, C.B.I. (A.H.D. Scam), Ranchi in R.C. No. 56(A) of 1996.
The Appellant must surrender before the court below on 7th April, 2011.
