This Contempt petition has been filed by the applicant against the respondents/contemnors for willful and deliberate disobedience of order dated 07.10.2025 passed by this Tribunal in Original Application No.200/997/2025. The relevant operative Para is reproduced as under:-
“4.In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, this Original Application is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority of the respondents to consider and decide the applicant's representation dated 20.06.2025 (Annexure A/10) within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.”
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the applicant is claiming benefit of provisional pension from the date of his retirement i.e. 28.02.2023 and the same has been sanctioned/approved by the respondents vide order dated 09.02.2026. The entire amount has been paid to the applicant on 17.03.2026 (Annexure R/3).
Applicant in person submits that the order of this Tribunal has although been fully complied with by the respondents. However, the same has not been done in the time period of 60 days as mentioned in the O.A.
We are of the considered view that since the order of this Tribunal has been fully complied with by respondent/contemnor. This contempt petition is hereby closed. Notice issued to the respondent/contemnor is discharged.
