Judgment
I.A. No. 4392 of 2017 has been filed on behalf of the petitioner in A.B.A. No. 3862 of 2016.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
In I.A. petition, during course of argument, it is submitted that this Court under order dated 27.02.2017 has granted provisional anticipatory bail to the petitioner till with a condition that he will deposit the amount of Rs. 1,05,000/- in two installments, i.e. first installment of Rs. 52,500/- latest by 21.03.2017 and second installment of remaining amount latest by 02.05.2017.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks modification of order dated 27.02.2017 and extension of the time for deposition of the aforesaid amount on the ground that wife of the petitioner had received serious injuries in a road accident and died on 19.11.2016, certificate issued by Medica Super Specialist Hospital, Ranchi has been annexed.
It is also submitted that petitioner has also received injuries. This fact is also recorded in order dated 27.02.2017. So, it is prayed that the period of deposition of aforesaid amount be extended by two weeks.
Under the said circumstance, order dated 27.02.2017 is modified to the extent that petitioner - Ajay Kumar Tirkey is directed to deposit first installment of Rs. 52,500/-, out of Rs. 1,05,000/-, latest by 02.06.2017 and second installment of remaining amount shall be deposited latest by 20.06.2017.
Further, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner under order dated 27.02.2017 till 19.06.2017 is extended till 10.07.2017 subject to the deposition of the cost of Rs. 1,000/- before President, Jharkhand High Court Advocates'' Clerk Association latest by 27.05.2017. On deposition of aforesaid amount, the Secretary, will issue receipt to the petitioner.
List this case on 03.07.2017.

Let the modified order be sent to the court below forthwith and also to the President, Jharkhand High Court Advocates'' Clerk Association.
