Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent State.
Prayer in this petition has been made for direction upon the respondent authority for cancellation of double Jamabandi initiated by Circle Officer, Angara, Ranchi with respect to land situated at Khata No.51, Plot No.120, Halka No.3, Mauza-Bakshidih, area 62 decimals.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a petition/ representation is pending before the Circle Officer, Angara and no decision has been taken as yet on it.
Learned counsel for the respondent State submits that the petitioner may move before the Circle Officer, Angara who will look into the matter and take a decision.
Accordingly, this petition is being disposed of directing the petitioner to move before the Circle Officer, Angara by way of filing a fresh petition within two weeks, and if such a petition is filed by the petitioner within the aforesaid period, the Circle Officer, Angara will take a decision on the said representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks further thereafter.
With above direction this petition is disposed of.
Pending petition if any also stands disposed of accordingly.
