O R D E R
Delivered by Hon’ble Mr. Justice B.K. Shrivastava, Member (J)
Shri Babu Nandan Singh, counsel for the applicant is present. Shri Chakrapani Vatsyayan, counsel for the respondents is present.
It is submitted by the applicant’s counsel that previously the applicant has approached the High Court, but as per direction of the High Court, this O.A. has been moved. During the course of argument, the applicant’s counsel seeks only one opportunity to file the appropriate representation before the competent authority amongst the respondents.
In view of the limited prayer made by applicant’s counsel, same is allowed. The applicant may file a fresh representation along with all the relevant documents and certified copy of this order before the “competent authority” among respondents within 07 working days from today. The competent authority will decide the aforesaid fresh representation by a speaking order within three months from the date of receiving the representation along with certified copy of this order and will inform the applicant by Registered Post.
With the above direction, the O.A. stands disposed of at motion stage itself.
