Judgment
This original application has been registered on the basis of the letter petition sent by one Mr. Dilip Dev raising an issue of unauthorized and illegal construction of Hostel in residential area at Manoramaganj, Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
The allegation is that the construction is being raised beyond the permissible limit and that the frequent movement of outsiders is held in the locality which creates nuisance and unwanted traffic jams and parking issue. Though in the OA an allegation of noise pollution in the locality has been raised but no material to substantiate the same has been enclosed. That apart the letter petition mentions that all the locality members have moved to the High Court and the Hon’ble High Court has ordered Indore Municipal Corporation (IMC) to take appropriate action.
Since the issue has already been taken up by the High Court, therefore, considering the circumstances mentioned above, we do not deem it proper to proceed further in this letter petition, which is accordingly disposed of.
