Judgment
Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:
(i) That the adverse remarks made against the applicant which are not only false and frivolous and malafide but also contrary to the service rules, regulation and guidelines be quashed.
(ii) That the applicant be allowed the selection grade since March 1987 which has been wrongly denied to him on account of adverse remarks.
According to the petitioner, despite the stand taken in the reply that no junior to the petitioner has been granted any selection grade, the petitioner submits that he will point out the instances where the juniors to the petitioner have been granted selection grade, and if that be so, at-least from that date the petitioner should be granted the selection grade. The petitioner may file an appropriate representation in that regard before first respondent wherein he is also free to pursue his grievances on the non consideration of expunction of adverse entries in the service record, which according to the petitioner had stood in the way of selection grade being granted to him within a period of six weeks, in which case the matter will be duly considered by the first respondent with notice to the petitioner and appropriate order in this regard will be passed within another four months.
With these observations, the petition stands disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
