Judgment
This criminal revision petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner being aggrieved with the order dated 12.09.2019 passed by the Family Court
No.2, Jodhpur (hereinafter to be referred as ‘the court below’) in the proceedings under Section 125 CrPC initiated at the instance of the
respondents whereby, the court below has ordered to pay interim maintenance to the minor daughter of the petitioner (respondent No.2- Aavni) to the
tune of Rs. 15,000/- per month.
Having argued that matter on merits for quite some time, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he does not want to press this criminal
revision petition, however, seeks direction for the court below to decide the proceedings under Section 125 CrPC pending against him expeditiously.
In view of the above, the criminal revision petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, it is expected that the Family Court No.2 Jodhpur shall
decide the proceedings under Section 125 CrPC expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight months from the production of certified copy of this
order.
Parties are directed to cooperate in the proceedings.
