Upon specific instructions, Ld. Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition. Recording these submissions, CP(IB)/920(KB)2020 is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the Operation Creditor represented by the Liquidator to file fresh petition after obtaining prior approval of this Adjudicating Authority as required in terms of the proviso to sub-section (5) of section 33 of the IBC Code, 2016.
