Judgment

Applicant in person and learned counsel for the respondents appeared.
The applicant who has been working with the respondents i.e. CPWD, Civil Engineering Department and has retired on superannuation in the year 2023, has filed the present OA seeking following relief:
(i)Direct the Respondents to pass reasoned and speaking order on the representation dated 03.04.2025 considering subsequent representations/ reminders dated 27.10.2025, 27.02.2026, 30.03.2026, 16.12.2025, 04.05.2026, 09.06.2026 and 11.07.2026 of applicant in the time bound manner.
(ii)Direct the respondents restraining from process of sending the representation dated 03.04.2025 and/ or other representations of the applicant to any other departments/ authorities except following the mandatory Rules in this regard.
(iii)Direct the respondents to recall the matter from department of legal affairs within time bound manner as sent in disguise of taking legal advice from them as pending with DoLA for about 3 months.
(iv)Pass such other and further orders which this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.
The applicant has made multiple representations before the respondents initiating from representation dated 03.04.2025 and followed with representation dated 27.10.2025; 15.12.2025; 27.02.2026; 30.03.2026; 04.05.2026; 09.06.2026 and 11.07.2026, however, no appropriate relief was provided to the applicant by the respondents. The applicant has made a detailed prayer in representation dated 04.05.2026 addressed to Director General of Works, CPWD, O/o Directorate General, Vidyut Bhawan, New Delhi. However, the same is pending for disposal.
The applicant, who is appearing before the Bench in person, makes a limited prayer that a direction may be given to the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation dated 04.05.2026 and pass a reasoned and speaking order in a time framed manner.
In view of the prayer made by the applicant in person and without going into the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 04.05.2026, submitted by the applicant, and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 6 (six) weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
The O.A. is disposed of accordingly at the admission stage itself.
Pending MAs, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No costs.
