Judgment
Alok Kumar Verma, J
Present Application has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of Anticipatory Bail under Sections 7, 8, Section 13(1)(d) read with Section 13 (2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 in connection with the Case Crime No. 285 of 2019, registered at police station Jaspur, District Udham Singh Nagar.
Heard Mr. Nandan Arya, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Rakesh Negi, learned Brief Holder for the State.
The applicant- Devendra Pal Singh has already been granted Anticipatory Bail under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468, 471 and Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 in connection with the same case crime number i.e. Case Crime No. 285 of 2019, registered at police station Jaspur, District Udham Singh Nagar.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, applicant- Devendra Pal Singh is directed to be released on Anticipatory Bail, in the event of his arrest, on the same bail bonds and conditions, as imposed by this Court on 27.12.2023 in Anticipatory Bail Application No. 97 of 2022.
Present Anticipatory Bail Application (No. 159 of 2024) stands disposed of accordingly.
