Learned counsel for the parties are present.

This appeal has been filed against the judgement of conviction and order of sentence dated 22.6.2024 passed in S.T. Case No. 141/2018 (arising out of Patan P.S. No. 69/2017) by learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Palamau at Daltonganj, whereby and whereunder the appellants have been convicted for the offence punishable u/s 324/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to undergo R.I. for three years and to pay a fine of Rs. 5,000/ each with default clause. The appellants have been further convicted for offence u/s 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to undergo S.I. for one month and have been acquitted u/s 379/34 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the appellants submits that I.A. No. 7095 of 2024 has been filed for confirmation of provisional bail granted to the appellants by the learned court below. She submits that let the records be called for and provisional bail granted to the appellants which is expiring today be confirmed. She further submits that she would co-operate with the final disposal of the case.

The learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that records would be required for the disposal of the case.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the records be called for from the court concerned.

I.A. No. 7095 of 2024 seeking confirmation of provisional bail is allowed and provisional bail granted to the appellants by the learned court vide order dated 22.06.2024 which is expiring today is confirmed.
