ORDER
The parties are represented through learned counsels.
The Applicant has filed an application under Section 12 A of the IB Code which was allowed on 09.08.2019, however, the matter was pending for deposit of amount.
The Applicant has deposited an amount of Rs.1 lakh to the National Defence Welfare Fund and to that effect he has also filed proof of deposit
Accordingly, the instant application i.e. CP (IB) 22/2018 dismissed as withdrawn alongwith IA 416/19, moratorium seemed to have exist, IRP is discharged.
