Judgment
When the Original Application was taken up today, Smt.Preeja P.Vijayan representing the learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the applicants want to withdraw the Original Application with liberty to move again, if necessary.
The learned Standing Counsel has no objection in allowing to withdraw the Original Application.
In the circumstance, recording the submission, the Original Application is permitted to be withdrawn. The Original Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to move again, if so advised. No costs.
