Ranjan Sharma, Judge:

Petitioner has invoked the contempt jurisdiction of this Court, alleging non-compliance of the order dated 23.04.2026 [Annexure C-1], passed in Writ Petition No. 5175 of 2026, titled as Deepika vs. State of H.P. & others, whereby Respondent/Competent Authority was directed to consider and decide the representation dated 01.08.2025 [Annexure P-1 annexed with the said petition], within twelve weeks.

Notice. Mr. Varun Chandel, Learned Additional Advocate General, waives service of notice on behalf of the Respondent.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that since no decision on the representation has been conveyed and the Respondents/Competent Authority may be directed to implement the order dated 29.5.2026 [Annexure C-1], within a stipulated period.

Considering the above facts, the Respondents/ Competent Authority are directed to decide the representation [Annexure P-1], within a period of six weeks from today [If not already decided]. In case, the representation stands decided, the decision on the representation be conveyed to the petitioner within the same period.

In aforesaid terms, the instant proceedings are closed and notice is discharged.
