Learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record instructions dated 09.04.2021 alongwith copy of order dated 08.04.2021, whereby petitioner stands relieved off his duties on 08.04.2021 with further direction that he shall hand over the complete charge of JSV Kirting Section to Er.Surinder Kumar, Junior Engineer, before leaving the headquarters.
Learned Deputy Advocate General has submitted hat petitioner has not only relieved, but also joined next station i.e. office at Manali.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has also received information from the petitioner just now, on his Mobile phone through Whatsapp, that petitioner has joined at Manali.
In view of above, nothing survives to be adjudicated except to observe that petitioner shall ensure handing over of the charge as directed in the order as early as possible preferably on or before 25.04.2021.
Petition is closed and disposed of in aforesaid terms. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
