Heard. Learned Deputy Advocate General on the basis of the instructions imparted to him, submitted that the respondent-department shall re-
examine the transfer order dated 27.5.2021, whereby the petitioner was transferred from ATMA, Kullu to ATMA, Keylong within two weeks from
today and while examining this order, the provisions of law as well as transfer policy shall be kept in mind by the competent authority. Learned Deputy
Advocate General further submitted that till a decision is taken upon re-examination of the order by the competent authority within the aforesaid
period, the impugned order shall not be acted upon insofar as the petitioner is concerned and status quo as exists on date shall be maintained in respect
of the petitioner.
In view of above submission, the petitioner does not press this writ petition. Accordingly, the same is disposed of reserving him liberty to take
appropriate remedy in case he still feels aggrieved. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
