Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already availed an alternative remedy by preferring an appeal before the Appellate Authority and the same is still pending.
In view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, it is for the Appellate Authority to consider the appeal and pass an appropriate order.
In respect of change of Head Quarter, the representation filed by the petitioner before the Competent Authority is stated to be still pending. If that is so, the respondents may act upon his representation.
In view of the fact that the petitioner has availed alternative efficacious remedy, it is impermissible for this Court to entertain this petition, at this stage.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court, after the decision of the appeal, if he is still aggrieved.
Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
