Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner has approached the authorities concerned for

his adjustment at a station which is suitable to him. She further submits that it will be in the interest of justice, in case this petition is disposed of by

issuing a direction to the authorities concerned to decide the representation within a time bound period and till then interim protection granted to the

petitioner be continued.

Learned Additional Advocate General submits that representation, if any, filed by the petitioner shall be decided by the competent authority within

two weeks from today, if not, already decided, after hearing the petitioner.

In this view of the matter, this petition is disposed of with the direction that in case, as of today, any representation has been filed by the petitioner

for his adjustment at a station suitable to him, then competent authority shall decide the same by passing a speaking order within two weeks after

adhering to hearing the petitioner. The request so made by the petitioner be considered sympathetically.

It is clarified that till the decision of the petition, interim protection granted to the petitioner shall continue. It is further clarified that if no

representation has been filed by the petitioner as of today, then, department concerned shall not be obliged to entertain any fresh representation, if any,

filed by the petitioner and interim protection shall stand revoke forthwith.
