This is third bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail in connection with crime No.45/2023 dated : not mentioned, registered at P.S. - Manasa District - Neemuch for offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471, 472, 181, 191, 192, 193, 467 of IPC. The earlier bail applications have already been dismissed as withdrawn.
As per prosecution case, the applicant has filed certain medical documents for bail of his father Amarlal. Those documents were got verified by this Court, while considering the bail application and a report was received that the medical documents filed alongwith the application for grant of bail of the father of the applicant were forged. It is alleged that the applicant has filed an affidavit alongwith the said application.
Considering the aforesaid, prima facie, I do not find any case for grant of bail.
Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
However, it is observed that the Trial Court shall make all endeavour to expedite the trial as far as possible and to conclude the same preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing of the copy of the order passed today.
