This appeal is filed challenging the order dated 11.03.2025 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, DRT-II, Ernakulam, in SA 447/2018.
Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the appellants had reached an amicable settlement with the respondent-Bank and thus, they may be permitted to withdraw this appeal. He has also made an endorsement for withdrawal of this appeal.
