Judgment
A.V. Sesha Sai, J
Heard Sri Narasimharao Gudiseva, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri G.Vijay Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for Dr.Y.S.R.University of Health Sciences-second respondent and learned Government Pleader for Medical and Health appearing for the first respondent.
When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.3387 of 2022, dated 10.02.2022, and a copy of the said order is placed on record along with the Writ Petition.
Following the said order and for the reasons recorded therein, Writ Petition is disposed of, allowing the petitioner to submit the application along with original certificates, by paying all the requisite charges, before the second respondent, within a period of one week from today. On such application being submitted and requisite charges being paid, the second respondent shall consider the petitioner’s case in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
