Judgment
Nirmaljit Kaur, J
In pursuance to the last order dated 2.12.2020, affidavit/compliance report has been filed. Paras No.5 and 6 of the said affidavit dated 4.1.2021 read
as under:-
“That the deponent/answering respondent submits that a proposal has been sent to the Government in the form of note bearing CFMS No.1134
dated 23.11.2020 regarding adjustment of remaining all left out employees of erstwhile Bhuna Sugar Mills for consideration and approval and the same
has been approved by the Chief Minister, Haryana and the case file has been sent to the Finance Department, Haryana for obtaining requisite
approval.
That as soon as the approval from Finance Department is received, further course of action in the matter will be initiated immediately for adjustment
of left out employees.â€
Learned State counsel further submits that the said compliance shall be fully made within four weeks from today.
In view of the above, the above mentioned contempt petitions are disposed of in view of the reply and the statement made by learned State counsel on
instructions from the Managing Director of the Governing Body of Sugar Federation.
Rule issued against the respondent(s) is discharged.
In case, the needful is not done within four weeks, the petitioner(s) shall have the liberty to file an application for revival of the contempt petition(s). In
case, the petitioner(s) is forced to file the revival application, an amount of Rs.50,000/- shall be paid by the respondents to each of the petitioners.
